3月30日(月) 豊洲PITにて開催を予定していましたビッグ・タイム・ラッシュ来日公演は諸般の事情により、
公演を中止とさせて頂くこととなりました。 ご購入いただいたチケットはすべて払い戻し対応をさせて頂きます。 お買い求め頂いたプレイガイドにて指定の期間でチケットの払い戻しとなります。 この期間以外での払い戻し受付はございませんので、必ず期間内にお手続きして頂けますよう宜しくお願い申し上げます。

チケット払い戻し受付期間：2026年3月17日(火) 10:00 ～2026年4月10日(金) 23:59
※払戻の詳細は公演サイトをご確認ください。 公演を楽しみにして頂きチケットをご購入いただいたお客様、関係各社にはご迷惑お掛け致します事を心よりお詫び申し上げます。

 

We regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, Big Time Rush’s concert shows in Japan scheduled for Monsday March 30th at Toyosu PIT, has been canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this cancellation. All tickets will be refunded. Tickets will be refunded within the specified period according to the ticket agency you purchased. Refunds will not be accepted outside this period, so please make sure to complete the procedure within this period. Refund Window： Tuesday, March 17th 10:00– Friday, April 10th 23:59
